Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site, or part of it, is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, again without notice. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. Though our website is designed responsively to work with mobile and tablet devices, WildPicks.design does not warrant that our mobile website will be compatible with your mobile device or tablet.

Material contained in our site must not be reproduced or exploited for commercial gain. All other rights are reserved and users must seek our or author permission before making any other use of material contained in our site.

Any use or access to this website (or service) by anyone under the age of 18, is strictly prohibited and in violation of this agreement.

Buyer Protection & Disputes

We at WildPicks.design work tirelessly to ensure any purchase from our website is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. However, if You have not receive your item or receive an item that was different from what was described in the listing, feel free to contact us on gatis@wildones.design or contact us via contact page.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any direct or indirect loss or damage (including consequential loss and loss of profits, goodwill or business opportunities) arising from any third party claim in relation to content you have uploaded onto our website or your breach of the provisions of these terms.

Social Media: We have a social media presence and use Facebook, Instagram and Twitter among other social media platforms. Please note that material submitted by you to this site may be reposted or promoted by us on our social media platforms on the same conditions as apply to our website and subject to any additional conditions imposed by the platform in question. By submitting to our website you are deemed to consent to any reposting or promotion by us using social media.

Submitting to our website

Anyone can join wildpicks.design and submit products to our webiste, for sale. We will test and check the quality of every product submitted and will answer You within 3 working days.

By submitting a product to our website, it does not mean that the product will be always accepted, we go through different series of testing and quality control, so that we can provide our customers with the best quality design assets. After period of 3 working or sooner we will reply to You, we have the rights to decline the product of we see so, we can accept it, or we can give You some pointers on what to work and after You correct the files, Your product will be accepted.

All digital asset files has to be made clear and understandable, if used Photoshop files or Illustrator files, everything has to be grouped, layered and marked. A short instructional pdf file is always a great idea.

You can’t submit assets with attached other intellectual property restricted items, as font files or templates of other designers. If You have used font for Your template, and it’s necessary for the buyer to have it – You can link the font in description of the product.

By submitting a product to our site, You are obligated to submit only Your creations. It’s prohibited to submit a other designer products without his knowledge.

Payments to Designers

We don’t have a profile system for our website, for different security and payment issues. We use Gumroad Affiliate download links instead – the main benefit of this for designers is that – You always see exactly how much You have made and by using third party payment provider You can always be sure that the provided numbers are correct.

We are not responsible for any legal or tax payments for Your income, that’s Your responsibility. By using gumroad affiliate links You only receive the percentage of Your earnings immediately after purchase has been made.

As we use Gumroad for our payments, we are bound to their Terms of Use. We cover all the Gumroad transaction fees.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly or recklessly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, any account on our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of- service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Linking to our Site

Should you wish to showcase one of our websites freebies, the reader must always be directed to wilpicks.design to access the download. We strictly prohibit any site publishing our freebies, without having a separate agreement with the designer of that product.
